Refunds and cancellations
Clear help when a purchase or subscription does not work as expected.
Before requesting a refund
Contact support first so we can help with activation, compatibility, downloads or a failed license delivery. Include your PayPal order ID and purchase email.
Requests
Refund requests are reviewed according to the purchase terms, applicable consumer law and the specific product or subscription involved. We will confirm the outcome and any next steps by email.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a payment that has already completed.
